Johannes Mehserle is the BART killer

Johannes Mehserle has finally been taken into custody and charged with murder, which sucks because I’m in San Jose right now and was gonna drive up to Oakland if there was more rioting (I’ve always wanted to set someone’s car on fire…and I need a flat screen for my apt). I’m really interested in hearin his statements on why he shot an unarmed person. And why he shot someone in the back. Because those are TWO separate cowardly acts. He should have two separate trials for each act. He should get two separate punishments which he must serve at the same time. Huh? I don’t care if it can’t be done. Split the bitch in half for all I care. Put half of his body with the sharks and the other half in prison. Oh my heavens, I just looked at the picture of the dude who was murdered. Is he holdin a white baby (maybe that's what got him shot, cuz black men love braggin bout fuckin another dude's wife)? What kinda world do we live in where a black man can’t even use a white baby as his “Suburb pass” anymore? I think all white people should turn in their “Ghetto pass” until this case is completely resolved. On a side note. I think every black man should go out and take their one “Easter Sunday” picture. You know the one where you actually look like you got a job…that pays well. And you don’t look like you live in your mother’s basement. That way white cops look even worse when they shoot “such an upstanding citizen”.
