SUV jumps the street and crashes into gas station

Wouldn’t the proper action be for the driver to lose her license? I don’t want a diabetic behind the wheel of a vehicle if they gonna fall unconscious. Now I’m not a diabetic nor have close friends that are, so I don’t know what causes them to knock out like that. But if it’s somethin she coulda prevented then she needs to be punished. Thank goodness it ended better than it started.
