Man arrested for selling daughter

This Mexican’t must be a Republican. Ese sold his 14 year old daughter into marriage (the guy was only 18, so not too bad) for $16,000 and 160 cases of beer, 100 cases of soda, 50 cases of Gatorade, two cases of wine, and six cases of meat. HAHAHAHAHA. Hard times for a fellow for sure. Now most likely this guy was just followin tradition, since in Mexico (and other cultures) it’s alright to offer your daughter up for marriage and in return get food and money and stuff. BUT. Since it’s my blog and I can say whatever I want, I’m gonna blame this on the recession. If he had a real job chances are he wouldn’t need to money. Maybe they got kicked outta their shack (damn foreclosures) and he doesn’t have enough room in the cardboard box for the girl so in order to put a roof over her head, he has to sell her off. Either way: Recessions force parents into tough decisions for their children.
