Drug tests to get Federal Aid

Personally, I don’t think drugs have anythin to do with work ethics. If you a lazy sonvabitch without drugs, you gonna be a lazy sonvabitch with drugs. I know a dude who is being sent overseas by his company, and the muthafucka is a weed head. When he travels to other cities, the first thing he asks is “who sells weed in this town?” He ain’t never forget to pick up his sister after school. He doesn’t sit on the couch every Friday night just smoking his life away. Now crack, that kills. A crack head can’t function in life let alone a job, so if they wanted to test for crack then I would agree. Coke. Who works in Hollywood and doesn’t do coke? You have to do coke, it’s the only way to set your mind free as an artist. If we gonna start doin drug tests why don’t we start with the niggas on Wall St. who fucked our economy. Next we can go over to Bush, maybe that would explain the past 8 years. Seriously tho, if they gave Bush a drug test and say that he was on coke the whole time, I couldn’t even be mad at him anymore. I’d be like “well, he was on coke. What’d you expect?”
