Christmas came early for the Goldmans
OJ Simpson was sentenced 33 years (parole after 9) for his role in the armed robbery that took place in Vegas. White people around the world celebrated, but due to a recession it was limited to home brewed beer and party favors from last New Years. The problem with celebrities, correction, criminals is that they feel above the law. A lot of people get caught not from the first time they committed a crime, but usually the subsequent times (did I use that word right? It was on Dictionary.com). Maybe they feel they are above the law, or maybe they feel super lucky. I think it’s just a natural thing for criminals to keep goin till they get caught. On that hand I don’t feel sorry for OJ. It woulda been one thing if he was acquitted and the public felt he was innocent. But everyone hated him, everyone was against him. He shoulda laid low and let someone else take care of his business. Only problem is this guy didn’t have any trustworthy friends (where the hell is Marcus Allen?). I definitely feel that the jury was out to punish him for his past crimes, but OJ shoulda handled this better. I mean if he’s killed before, you’d think this would be a walk in the park for him lol.
