Waiting till virtual sex is added...

Playstation has created this social network-Second Life hybrid called Playstation Home. I’ve signed up (no, I’m not tellin you my handle, but if enough requests come in I might) and found it interestin. I don’t really see how people could live their lives like this. I mean, the first girl I chat to (oh and it was a real sausage fest as you could imagine) turned out to have the first name of Albert…sketchy. If I want a tranny I could easily head south on Highland in Hollywood and have my pick of the litter. But there are people makin real connections on these social network’s with avatars. It’s like eHarmony with faces. I guess not havin to see a real face numbs the pain of rejection, but why meet with someone that lives 5 hours from you? An online persona will NEVER be anythin like a real one. Just like how you really don’t know someone till you’ve lived with them (or hit the bottom), I don’t think you’ll ever really know someone until you’ve had numerous face to face, varied environment interactions with them. So while you may see me at Home on a slow Saturday night, it definitely won’t be every Saturday night.
