“First you get the money, then you get the power, then you get the respect.” That’s how it works in this country where the dollar is placed above God. Everybody is conservative till it comes to a greenback, then all morals get thrown out the muthafuckin window. Have you noticed that most wealthy Republicans are wealthy due to workin in a corporation. And most wealthy Dems are of individual wealth? But that’s besides my point. Republicans don’t have to tell us “yes to this or yes to that” because they aren’t serving us. Now if I said, give me a good tax break and I’ll make a “nice” donation to your campaign, you better believe that Republican would be tellin me yes with the quickness. (More pissy-ness comin up) Then he gonna say, the Republicans aren’t pandering for votes. I just looked away from my monitor in disgust as I finished typin that. 2 words. Sarah Palin. Hockey Mom. Joe the Plumber (really three but you get the point). My friends. You know why Palin can be a hockey mom governor of Alaska? Because she ain’t got shit else to do. Let’s see how much of a hockey mom she’ll be when she has to help run the country. And then he ends his video with his final contradiction. Why are the homeless still homeless? Capitalism bitch. And I must, must, must note. I don’t feel sorry for the homeless (most of them). I feel they made bad choices in their lives and have to deal with the consequences. But do I feel like we should just sweep them under the rug and act like they don’t exist? FUCK NO. Would I be ok with part of my taxes going towards a reform “school” of some sort to help the homeless become contributors to society? YES! Not only do I not have to look or smell them anymore, but they won’t be harassing me for money, and I don’t have to worry about the homeless tryin to revolt because they ain’t got shit to live for. And why do I keep talkin bout the homeless…fuckin Republicans got ME all messed up. Obama isn’t lookin out for the people who aren’t lookin out for themselves. He’s lookin out for the people THAT ARE WORKING TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE BUT ARE STILL STRUGGLING. I can’t recall how many homeless people he said he was gonna save, but I do recall him sayin he’s working for the MIDDLE CLASS. He’s not using my money to help a bum on the street, he’s using my money to help the mother with 2 jobs tryin to keep her lights on and food in her kids’ mouths. What do you want her to do? Work harder?

Then why not make a charitable donation (in the same amount as youd pay in "homeless tax") to a local soup kitchen?
Do you see why making it a federal law is silly, now you just forced your opinion on all of America, when having no "homeless tax" hasn't stopped you from making a difference anyway. Don't make the government do something you can't do for yourself.
Point #2 - Have you once heard Obama speak about the "lower class" I'd love to hear a sound clip because I have not once heard it.
It doesn't take a rocket scientist to know that when he says "middle class" he is really talking about "lower class"
I agree with point one. People should be charitable from their hearts and not the government, but I'm not thinkin charitable I'm thinking better society. How much money would I have to donate in order to set up a school for the homeless? I might as well just quit my job and start teaching them myself (which I don't think you want because then they'd think like me!! lol)
ReplyDeletePoint 2, I've never heard Obama talk about the lower class. That's my point. I don't think he's trying to use a veil when he talks about which class he is going to help. He doesn't talk about anybody in the soup kitchen, he always talks about people struggling to live when they work decent jobs.
