Authorities finally caught the man that did a drive by shooting, killing a 12 year old while he did his homework. His homework. Minding his business, doin what all parents want their kids to be doin afterschool. Not playin video games, or watch TV. Doin his homework. Do you know how hard it is to get 12 year olds to do homework nowadays? Fuckin aye man. Why can’t we change the Bill of Rights and include cruel and unusual punishment?
