Malice didn't mean harm
Wow, that was a wonderful PSA…just 15 years too late. Rap has already ruined the lives of a lot of youngsters and has put kids on a path they can’t just “separate” from. Now don’t get me wrong. I love hip hop and I love rap music…and I actually appreciate the fact that Malice made this video. But to me, it’s akin (akin has been my word of the weekend) to the tobacco companies tryin to come clean and say “hey, we know smoking kills you and that’s why nobody in my family smokes. But when I go to work, I make cigarettes to help you enjoy the nicotine you crave.” Fuck outta here. Get on some Iron Man shit, and instead of creating weapons to destroy, think of ways to use your talents to help.

its entertainment, just like the movies you watch ... nobody gets mad at denzel or will smith shootin up the block
ReplyDeletepeople who try to make a difference with their music arent heard, so what good would that do? at least he tries to sneak messages in there and enlighten some people
Nobody get's mad at actors because actors don't do interviews talkin bout "this is real life, i live this shit" like they were in the early 90s. A lot of gangsta rappers were actual gangstas at one point in their lives and they made it seem like before rapping they already had money from the drugs. I mean for a group like Clipse who do NOTHING but rap about coke, this is the most bullshit PSA ever.
