President Obama plays diplomat in the Middle East
President Obama did his dance and jig for the Middle East yesterday (transcript here). Like everythin Obama does the media loved it, the Republicans hated it, and the people are mixed. I personally am not too attached to the 2nd Holy War that is occurring over there. They were fightin before Obama came into power and they’ll be fightin after he leaves. Some niggas just like to fight and I think that’s the case with the Jews and Muslims. I think I’m gonna get some hate for quotin President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad (cause apparently he’s the next great thing since Hitler) but since it was Europeans that killed and displaced the Jews, why haven’t they been given some land to settle at and call home? Why does people in the Middle East have to give up their home to people that have been displaced for ages? Well I can think of two reasons. The first being is Europe has an issue with fixing their screw ups, I mean look at Africa. So much for bringing new technology and educating the people. Second reason is because the Israelis won’t recognize any other home besides Jerusalem. Which is kinda sad. You've lost your home (again), maybe it’s time to move on. I’m pretty sure a lot of African slaves woulda loved to go back home, but they couldn’t. So instead they made the best of what they had and settled in America. I think it’s time for the Israelis to stop tryin to take over the entire Gaza and just be happy with the area they got. In President Obama’s speech he basically said “because I owe the Jews nothin (till next election, and maybe not even then if he secures the Latino votes), we are going to take a diplomatic approach to this fighting. Israelis, find a seat and sit your ass down. Enough of this musical chairs. Pick a spot to settle and settle. Palestinians, stop throwin rocks and killin people.” Like I said before, not sure if this method will work but I guess being the Police of The World means we have to pretend to do our jobs.

ReplyDeleteAlso, if the Jew's didn't feel the need to 'play by the rules' (and honestly they shouldn't since the Arabs don't), they could turn the desert into sand in about 5 seconds. They have the second best Air Force in the world and are a nuclear power.
I just hope they grow the stones to do it, and the thing I like most about the Jew's is I think they will reach their boiling point soon and start making moves.

ReplyDeleteI really wish that Americans in Government (at least those involved in International Relations) would ACTUALLY educate themselves on International Relations! These people are going be fighting forever! They've been at it for hundreds of years, maybe a brief pause here, and there but come 'on they just don't mix! Clearly this is a case of move your feet lose your seat in it's simplest form. . .
And I don't like this adoption of the title "World Police" that America has given itself. . . how about we concur our own major issues (or at least make an effort) before we go butting into the business of people who don't even want out help to begin with!? Anyway, I digress... I'd be here for hours. . . Yay Poli Sci degree! LoL
@CBC - The Native Americans were in America "long before Europe was Europe". That didn't stop them from gettin ousted. And what kinda program has the US pushed for to help increase their numbers? NOTHING! Imagine what Americans would say if the Native Americans wanted to increase their settlement size and used violence to do it. If they had nuclear power would it be alright for them to start bombing states in order to get their land back?
ReplyDelete@CT - I HATE the "World Police" title. In all my years growing up I never understood why we took that title when clearly our forefathers didn't want us to meddle in international affairs. And considering we are one of (if not) the youngest nation in the world, how can we tell other people what to do? So we matured faster than others, so what? Doesn't mean that when two countries have a problem, we should step in and fix it. And I think my main problem with the "WP" title is not the fact we are tryin to help, but it's who we choose to help. There are PLENTY NATIONS in Africa that have Muslim/Christian fights that we have NEVER stepped into. Ugh, fuck the american government.
