That much abuse can’t be good FOR ANYONE, let alone the most popular man in history next to Jesus. All that baggage that he carried? It’s just so fuckin sad. And for a person who felt he was doing GOOD and HELPING people, that shit had to be painful to bear. So how do you cope? With pain medicine. Who is supposed to protect him? His family. Because you know friends come and go and when you’re that famous (and filthy rich), friends are easy to make and hard to keep. His family shoulda protected him. But they didn’t. And now he’s dead. Paul McCartney has denied all allegations that he is upset with Michael Jackson ownin the rights to Beatles music. You know how the media is, always “wanna be startin somethin”. Well first they said that in Michael’s will he left his shares of the Beatles catalog for Sir Paul. Then the media flipped it and said that Paul was upset Mike didn’t leave the shares. It appears the Jackson family will be havin a memorial for Mike at the Staples Center on Tuesday. They hopped for Neverland Ranch but it would be too costly for the cities to cart MJ’s body from LA to Santa Barbara and I don’t even know if the Jacksons could get access to the ranch. I think they are gonna raffle or auction off tickets to the memorial. I think it would be totally awesome if I got tickets to that. Never did get the chance to see Michael live…

What was Michael Jackson's will?

Even in death the man astounds us. I can understand why he wouldn’t put his siblings in the will since they are already eatin good, but he left his dad out and his baby mama? But then it makes you wonder why he selected Diana Ross to take care of his kids if his mother couldn’t. Why wouldn’t he want his kids to stay with family? How strained of a relationship did Jackson have with everyone (besides his mother)? I mean Diana Ross isn’t that young either…I mean the way celebrities are droppin like flies this summer you never know. And the will is from 2002. I would think someone with his wealth would update his will every year. You know, like when doin taxes or buyin Christmas gifts or creatin a list of New Year’s resolutions. He left all his money to some three white dudes? Someone in the family needs to write a tell all book so that we can get to the bottom of these mysteries.

Sad Friday

What a terrible Friday. The worst Good Friday ever. Yesterday actress Farah Fawcett died from anal cancer. She had been battling this cancer for years and it finally claimed her at age 62.

It was a shock because even though we knew it was comin…it just wasn’t expected. Then her death was eclipsed. Yesterday afternoon a great icon passed away. Michael Jackson, yes the King of Pop, died of cardiac arrest yesterday afternoon at age 50. I’m still in shock about it. I grew up with Michael. That was the music that I danced to. His videos were the reason I enjoy dancing so much. And now he’s gone. It’s completely surreal to think that MJ would die before I had kids. Totally trippy. So today I plan on just honoring the man. Some people have their reservations about him and his negative past…and I’m not tryin to act like it never happened or downplay it, but the man isn’t even in his fuckin grave and that’s all everyone wants to focus on. Dispicable...I had to remove friends from Facebook cuz it was makin me sick. Nobody wants to focus on the fact that he was a SUPERSTAR at age 10. What other young entertainer has had so much success at an early age and didn’t encounter a few bumps in the road? NOBODY. Michael Jackson was such a great humanitarian that it’s beyond stupid that people focus on the dark things in his life…things that he’s been acquitted for (due to lack of proof).

Jackson best album to date is Thriller. The album is the best sellin album in THE WORLD. Yes, a black man has the best sellin album in the world. An album so great, that many in the music industry credit it for SAVING and RESTORING the music industry and molding it into what it is today. MTV wasn’t playin pop records or even black records, but Michael Jackson’s Thriller changed all that. Even the videos he made for his singles were revolutionary. Now instead of just havin blah visual paired with audio, Jackson was tellin STORIES with his music videos. Of course the most popular song off the album is Thriller…but I think I’m goin to serve you another one of my favorites:

Great humanitarian

Michael Jackson’s music crossed all and any color barriers. Everyone enjoyed his music. To say that his music didn’t motivate or change the world would be blasphemy. Michael is really one of the first celebrities to bring attention to Africa and its dire need for help. I mean he brought together (with Lionel Richie) 40 celebrities together. All proceeds from record sales went straight to Africa.

Like really? Got allll these people to sing for free? Finally drew attention to the world’s forgotten continent? Thank you Michael.

Yo, I absolutely hate when DJs wanna play some 80s music in the club. It’s like why travel through time? If it didn’t come out in the past 5 years, then drop it. BUT I ALWAYS, ALWAYS get hyped for a Michael Jackson song. I love his music. He’s a great inspiration. Now Life & Style doesn’t have any cred points with me, so who knows if Janet is preggers (it would explain why she didn’t do so hot on her tour). What is interesting to me is the question: do the other Jackson let Mikey play with their kids? Would you let your brother play with your kids if he was taken to court twice on child molestation charges? I guess they prolly know him better than we do, or do they?
