I don’t know how the reporters expected them to call the police…you can’t record video and make a call at the same time. Duh! Anyways this is the result of a desensitized society. Kids are just grimy. What I don’t get is why record the crime? Haven’t these kids learned that the video is EVIDENCE and can be used against you? This new generation isn’t just grimier, but stupider as well. Seriously folks, stop recordin shit and postin it on YouTube…and YouTube should stop acceptin these kinds of submissions. And of course it’s not a crime to not snitch…that’s why you have to dangle a financial reward.

Teens in immigrant beating sentenced

The two Pennsylvania teens that beat a Mexican kid to death have been sentenced for their crime. The two former high school football players were convicted of misdemeanor simple assault at trial last month. The felony charges were acquitted. I guess it helps that it was an all white jury. Brandon Piekarsky, 17, was sentenced to 6 to 23 months, and Derrick Donchak, 19, received 7 to 23 months. The prosecution was able to spin the beating as a street brawl that went wrong and not a targeted hate crime. The man they killed was 25-year old Luis Ramirez. I don’t know about any of you, but I’d BE HARD PRESSED to find a 25 year old that would purposely get into a fight with teenagers. I mean I think about it all the time (kickin a whippersnappers ass), but then realize that it would assault on a MINOR and it would carry a stiffer sentence. And since when was a “street brawl” a 2-on-1 situation? Even if this wasn’t a hate crime, these two punks jumped a man. It wasn’t self defense. These kids intended to hurt this man. They beat him till he was left on life support and died two days later. And the most they’ll get is not even 2 years in jail. If killin someone doesn’t carry a stiff sentence, I might start poppin off anyone that just annoys the shit outta me. It’s only two years of my life. I can manage with that.

What kinda parent doesn’t send their kid to rehab after the first overdose? I mean, how damn stupid are you? Everyone knows you can't trust a teen on their word. Seriously, a teen says they aren't gonna sneak out anymore and by the time you head downstairs they are scaling the tree outside their room. What would make you think they would stop using a highly addictive drug? Adults can't pull themselves away from it. Listening to your teen is like when Microsoft listened to the Atlanta Hawks. Prosecuting teens for ‘sexting’ is by far the biggest waste of money and time for the legal system. Go prosecute real criminals. However, in the case of Philip, he deserves what he got. First off, he’s not a minor so he shoulda been more careful with the way he handled things. Second off, what he did was so grimy he deserves a punishment like that. How you gonna send nude pics of her to friends and family because ya’ll got into an argument? Like what’s the psychological sense in that? If you tryin to hurt her, then make it personal and to the point. When girls piss me off, I usually call them ‘fat pigs’ that nobody would want to see naked. Or if I really wanna get at them, then I shoot off an email tellin them that they aren’t shit, they won’t never be shit, and the only time they were shit was when they were with me (ROFL, that’s a high school classic). You see? Hurtful and direct. Sendin photos to friends and family? Tasteless. Kids these days, just so LAZY to do things properly.

What I’m really curious about is why Mike Galanos is the only person that be reportin about teenage sex and naked teen photos? It’s not like he’s an adolescent psychiatrist. I don’t know how you can charge a child with child pornography when it’s a picture of THEMSELF!
