T.I says goodbye

T.I. had a farewell concert on Sunday before he starts his 360+ day stint in the clink today. He’s finally going to jail, thank goodness. I feel like the T.I. drama has been long and drawn out to the point I was ready to serve his time for him just so that I wouldn’t have to hear the words “T.I.” and “jail” in the same sentence. Over the past year T.I. has been reachin out the community, tryin to get others to understand that crime isn’t the answer and all that other good PR stuff. Don’t get me wrong, I appreciate what T.I. has done for the youth and the outreach his programs provided, but enough is enough. Just go sit in the cell and stop with the fanfare. I’ll see ya in a year and a day. Keep your head up.

Free at last...kinda

It appears that the demographic for prisoners going to jail on drug related charges have reversed. According to a study done by some smart guys, the number of white people goin to jail for drugs has increased by over 40%, while the number of blacks has gone down by over 25%. I was gonna say, maybe they arrested all the blacks that needed to be arrested. But nope, it appears that the numbers started going down once the war on drugs became a national law enforcement issue. Meaning all the crooked cops in your local hoods where bein placed on paid leave or didn’t even handle the busts anymore. Everythin was left up to the DEA and such. President’s black, white people are finally payin for their crimes just like blacks do…the sun is startin to shine brighter for African Americans. Couldn’t start to happen any sooner, since they are about to be dethroned as the largest minority in this country. White people keep fuckin around they might become the minority in this country. Wow…circular. Just waitin on the Native Americans to put smallpox on the sheets in the casino hotels. Payback is a bitch.
