Steve Jobs had a liver transplant

Accordin to the Wall Street Journal, Steve Jobs had a liver transplant two months ago and is recovering nicely. I see Apple still doesn’t discuss the health of their cash cow. I hope Steve is groomin a replacement for him since it sounds like his cancer is startin to spread. I don’t mean to be all doom and gloom…but Jobs doesn’t have much time. Hell, most people that get a successful liver transplant live only for about 5 more years. He still has the cancer to fight too. Has he started a foundation yet or started donating his money to any research? I recall that Jobs wasn’t too big on givin his money away. Apple does have a (RED) line which donates money to countries in Africa to combat AIDS/HIV. Hmmm, maybe that’s what Jobs has and this cancer is just a front. Anyways, until someone can tell me somethin nice about Steve Jobs the man, I still don’t care for him.

Steve Jobs is sick, no duh

Steve Jobs is takin a leave of absence from Apple until June so that he can focus on his health. I guess the old sayin “an apple a day keeps the doctor away” isn’t true. While this news may not be a shock to anyone from Earth, I still think that the man is puttin up more of a front than he needs to. And I guess for good reason. Does anyone have faith in Apple once Jobs leaves? It was pretty much his insight that has brought them back to the powerhouse they are, so I would think once Steve leaves the company so will the shareholders. I mean stocks dip every time he talks about his health. I kinda find it ironic that Macs are known to be bug and virus free…That would be a good PC commercial: “Hi I’m a mac”, “I’m a PC”. “Macs are known for never crashing due to viruses”, “Too bad the same can’t be said for your CEO.” End commercial.

No not really, but he’s tryin to tell us otherwise. He has explained his dramatic weight loss due to hormone issues. This is the same man who didn’t even tell his board of directors that he was fighting pancreatic cancer. Steve is definitely not a Level 5 leader (read the book Good to Great) and once he leaves Apple, there will be another period of the Dark Ages. Even doctors not associated with his health are skeptical of how healthy the man is. They don’t believe it’s as simple as just some hormones acting up. They think another tumor could be in his pancreas or he could be havin gastrointestinal problems.

Now this is funny. Jobs is gonna start sellin his iPhone at Wal-Marts. Pre-paid iPhones? Call it the iPaid? LMAO!!! But I guess the rumors were that Wal-Mart was gonna start sellin iPhones for $99. They might as well. That’s like Dolce & Gabana sellin clothes at the Target or Wal-Mart for that matter. The people that shop at Wal-Mart aren’t tryin to buy premium goods at a premium price. Don’t fret though, Wal-Mart has remained true to their motto and rolled back the price on the 4Gb iPhone. They will sell it for $197 - $2 less than it MSRP. HAHAHAHA! Oh Jobs, you dickhead.

Rotten Apple

Apple is a dying company. I know a lot of you may be like “huh? This boy is crazy.” But anyone that knows technology and knows marketing can tell you that I’m right. But nobody wants to say it just in case they are wrong. I have nothin to lose since I don’t own any stock. Apple is a dying company and Steve Jobs killed it. Yep, the same man who gave it life is now giving it death. And it’s through poooooor marketing decisions. At this past press meeting that he had, what was his “wow” item? A thin Nano. Who the fuck wants a thin Nano? The thing is small already. That’s like wanting a skinny runway model. The definition of a runway model is skinny! You can’t fool me. Then the Touch, which is slowly getting bigger in hard drive space and takin sales away from the iPod. Then there is the iPhone, which is now 3G and MS Exchange compatible. All the MAJOR gripes people had about the iPhone and he only fixed one. You still can’t send video, you still can’t type messages horizontally, and I hear you can’t cut and paste (someone verify that for me). And the biggest mistake he made of them all…he still left it exclusively on AT&T’s network. Dying, not dead. But I can see the Board gettin rid of Job within the next 2 years. Then hiring him again in 10 years to bring apple back. Mac lovers are gonna say, well Mac sales are increasing. Yea, so do gas prices (meaning is the growth really sustainable? PCs rule the world.)

Found out that more people read my blog, good shit. Glad to see I have a lot of fans…a lot of fans that are ashamed to admit to the Facebook world that they read this!! Finally saw the season opener of Entourage and the boys are back! That show is part of the reason I moved out to Hollywood. The women, cars, fun and care free times I envied. I should make my own show; call it Lonely because that’s how I’m feelin out here lol. Nah, but I still have hope because if Bow Wow can be considered an actor then anyone can. Talk about terrible performance, good thing he is limited to one season. Did you see the part when he was supposed to act disappointed? Wow that sucked. They shoulda showed him the scene so that he could be disappointed in his acting abilities and then reshoot the scene lol. Jeremy Piven is outstanding as Ari Gold once again. The caring asshole, exactly how the girls describe me. Hahahaha, I love it. Vinny Chase comes on the scene in usual Vinny manner – having a threesome on an island bungalow. I really hope they bring back E’s love interest, Sloan. Emmanuelle Chriqui…is to the right. Lol.

The army is reporting that it’s suicide rate could top nation's. That’s craziness. To think that people that are fighting to the death would rather take their own lives than go to battle is mind bottling. I mean, if they really wanted to die they could just pull a John Rambo in front of enemy lines and go out in a blaze of glory. Nah, they would rather take their own lives. Put that in perspective for a bit. What kinda madness must be occurring in Iraq for someone who was prepared to die for their country ends their OWN life? Vote Republican and increase the suicide rate. Seriously, isn’t the military designed to defend a country? So who the hell are we defending with our troops in Iraq? Doesn’t that leave us open for attack from Canada? Lol. But seriously, bring the troops back and stop all this malarkey (Biden used that word, that old timer, so now I’ma bring it back!).

The Enron story finally comes to a conclusion (or is this the epilogue?). The shareholders and investors will split $7.2B in what is that largest settlement in the history of U.S. security fraud cases. Jeez, can I see just 1 mill? I would stimulate the economy with my asinine purchases. Such as 1000 sunglasses. Or 5 pairs of the 13s, 19s, and 23s. In every color lol. I need some tank tops…I would buy a dresser full of them. But first I would need a dresser just for tank tops, so I would buy that too. I guess the richer get richer and the poor get desperate. Where’s a race riot when you need one :(

I’m not a Steve Jobs fan. Ever since I heard that he can be a real bitch ass dude to his employees and he doesn’t have a foundation or a charity that he regularly donates to, I’ve written him off as the white devil of the new millennium. Do I own an iPod? Yes. Use iTunes? Yes. A slave to the white devil? Yep. He has my money but not my soul. I’m just waitin till someone makes a better product. Or maybe I won’t have to worry about that since it seems like Jobs hasn’t paid his innovation elves in the past year. Jobs held one of his press events and unveiled bullshit. I mean let’s keep it real. Can we keep it real for a minute? A thinner Nano? Call it what it is. iPod – The “Kate Moss goes on a diet” Edition. Fuck you need a thinner nano for? It’s already small. Correction. I just got an email from Apple. It’s being called the “Steve Jobs has cancer and doesn’t really give a fuck” edition. Heard he’s been lookin thinner himself.
