Crazy Republicans heckle the President

LMAO, I love it. You know when someone is talkin and you don’t believe them so you cough out “bullshit”? That’s EXACTLY what Rep. Joe Wilson did. Except he didn’t cough loud enough. I thought the speech was good, Obama made some keys points. However, I’m more of a doer rather than talker. This means that Obama’s plan needs to go into action and garnish positive results before I stand up and applaud after every key point he makes. Seriously, those people were up and down, up and down. I woulda been annoyed like “yo, sit ya’ll asses down till he finished.” I do wish that people would cheer like that when I enter a room. I might have like a motion activated sound system so that every time I walk into my bedroom, the sounds of cheering and applauding go off. Matter of fact, it would yell first “Ladies and Gentleman…THE MANDINGO WARRIORRRRRRRRR!!!” lmao. Imagine bringin a girl home to that…priceless.

Healthcare + capitilist market = death

Health care for all has been a hot topic forever in the U.S. People with coverage, don’t think it’s fair for them (through taxation) to pay for coverage for those who don’t. And does without coverage think it’s their right as an American citizen to have it. Personally I think an unhealthy American costs us way more than we realize. It takes a toll on their life, their work, and their families to say the least. It also doesn’t help that the insurers view people as dollar signs (gotta love capitalism right?) instead of people they service. Across the country people are gettin screwed over by their health insurance companies because whenever it’s time for them to provide coverage for a big surgery, the insurance company finds any excuse to drop them. It’s kinda sick (no pun intended) that a company will take you money on a monthly basis with the promise to look after you, but when it’s time to deliver they’d rather see you die. I was readin an article that told the stories of patients who had their coverage rescinded at the last fuckin minute. Like days before surgery and some while in the middle of treatment. So how do we go about protectin the people? I would suggest Federal regulation but then my favorite commentator will fall out of his chair. But what is the other solution? A Federal healthcare system? Well he’ll still fall out of his chair because he’ll faint at the thought of increased taxes to fund it. So then NO health care! Well that’s not the point of my story…these people had healthcare. They paid for it like they were supposed to. The problem is because they didn’t disclose things they had no knowledge about, their insurers dropped them. If insurance companies are so concerned about pre-existing medical conditions, why don’t they have their customers undergo a physical by a physician hired by their company? That way they can reject people on the spot instead of 2,3,4,5 years down the road when the patients really need them.

Here’s another contradiction in the video. And before we start, I just wanna note that Obama's healthcare plan is NOT my expertise. I don't know if it will work or not. The followin rant is based on the video. If you have privatized healthcare then one company is gonna try to give you the lowest price because they don’t want you going to the other company. True. Now what happens when that other company is the biggest business in the country, the US government? You think company A is gonna just disappear and not try to compete anymore? When you have a few major players handling the pricing, what do you think they do? Sit in their separate offices and say we’ll set our prices based on what the other person is doing? NO! They work together behind closed doors, understand that they can both serve the market and still make profit. That’s why Coke won’t sell for $.50. Not because they can’t make a killin at $.50 (plastic bottles are cheaper to make than glass, so don’t tell me otherwise), but because together with Pepsi they’ve figured out a reasonable price that they can live with and the consumers could live with. So if the government is providing health care, what makes you think that the current health care providers won’t try to keep up? WHAT THE FUCK MAKES YOU THINK THE GOVERNMENT IS TRYING TO PUT AN INDUSTRY OUT OF BUSINESS?
