Now we wait for Iran's first porn star

Speakin of changing views, it appears that the ‘marriage crisis’ in Iran is a big deal. Once again, if you want details then click here, I’m just here to give the most opinion in the world – mine. But basically what’s going on is a shift in thought process. Just like in America less than 50 years ago, it was the norm for a woman to get married early because she had nothing better to do than to raise kids and keep the home. Then our society shifted (thanks a lot Germany) and we started seein women in the work place. Eventually women went crazy and decided they didn’t need men in their lives and getting married wasn’t a priority (then when they hit 50 and were lonely they realized their mistake lol). Well the same is happening in Iran where more women are going to college and pursuing careers, while the thought of marriage is getting placed on the back burner. This doesn’t sit well with the current government because they know just because the young adults aren’t getting married doesn’t mean they aren’t swapping hot, sticky, sweet, sex fluids. And just like in Palin’s case, their old school views are becoming outdated and they may lose their power to some “Obama”-esque muthafucka who may turn their country upside down. This is why I don’t think it’s necessary for the U.S. to go back and forth with Iran and meddle in their affairs. Any world power that wants to be a true world power eventually reaches this point in development. And not all countries mature at the same rate. Believe it or not, but N. Korea will eventually become a fun place to visit. Kim won’t live forever and his people won’t appreciate the lack of freedom. The U.S. needs to make some popcorn and enjoy the show instead of tryin to put on an Oscar worthy performance.

Gotta love Capitalism

You know what really bothers about this whole AIG fiasco? Well besides the fact we already knew they were squandering the bailout money with vacations and retreats and the recent news of the bonuses they’ve paid out, it’s the fact that proponents of capitalism aren’t comin to their defense. It’s like the case of when somethin good happens, religious people say “It was God’s will” but when somethin bad happens God had nothing to do with it. Huh? Stick by your guns and be willin admit when somethin is failing. And for my first time visitors, I’m no commie. I’m not a Socialist; I just have Socialist-like tendencies. And I fully blame Capitalism for the mess we are in. Because with Capitalism, there is no cap on how much money you can earn in a society as long as it “ethically” correct. But let’s be honest, the more money you have, the less ethical you can be. Small towns have been exposed to poisonous wastes, homeowners have been bamboozled, and people have watched their investments vanish into thin air. That’s because it’s all about makin the most money you can, who cares who you take advantage of. I’ve always said if you wanna get rich in America just cater to the dumb and/or lazy. I think we need more Eastern philosophies in our lives. Asian cultures are (or used to be) big on harmony and balance. Yin Yang. I don’t think we should abandon Capitalism; I still wanna make a huge amount of money some day. But I definitely think it should be balanced out with some socialist ideals. I think people should HAVE to help improve the roads they drive on, the schools they send their kids to, and the health care provided to the general public. That’s why I’m a fan of the stimulus package. Whether it’s executed on a state or federal level doesn’t matter to me, but I will say this. Implementing a stimulus package on a federal level allows for more transparency of how the funds are bein allocated and ensures (I use that word very cautiously) that there is a fair balance. And I know my favorite commentator is probably cringing because they are COMPLETELY AGAINST a big government. But like I’ve tried explaining before, we are a bigger country. The government has to run the country like a business and any successful business model will tell you that before you can increase productivity you have to increase the man power. The government is goin to continue to grow as long as the country does. It’s all part of the balance.

Record low numbers yesterday (I get more hits on the weekends than the poor showin out). I ain’t in Brasil yet, come back to me!!! Fine be that way. Just leave me cold and alone. And I’ve also decided on a new rule for social standards. If you are walkin past a girl and she doesn’t maintain eye contact so that you can say ‘Hi’ then she forfeits her rights for you to not stare at her chest. I came up with this rule at the gym since most Hollywood folk act too good to smile. And the blog looks like shit, I know…just hang in there with me a month or two.

Crazy times

A panhandler (aka homeless bum) shot a man today because he didn’t give her money (she woulda shot him again in the head, but the gun malfunctioned). A witness says that the guy first said “No”, and then told the bum to “get a job”. This story sadly is what I was thinkin about today at work. Still hot of the heels of people not feelin sympathy for the common man, and more concerned about the “socialistic” approach of the Democratic Party, I was thinkin about how this country would be if everybody had to fend for themselves. He’s prolly one of those types who feel he works hard for his money, so why can’t they? Why should he put into a system that helps those who are down on hard times? Like I mentioned before, I’m not for a system that helps people that don’t do shit and just sit around. And the government doesn’t work like that. But of course, there are always people who take advantage of the system (rich and poor alike). But when you start gettin into the territory of people should help themselves instead of lookin for the government (especially when the government was created “by the people, for the people”) to help, you have to understand that some people need that help. Some people need the help of gettin a place to live after being foreclosed on. Some people need the help when they work for Wal-Mart 60+ hours a week, but can’t afford to take their kid to the emergency room when their child is shitting blood. And when you decide not to help these people out, you paint them in a corner and that’s when the natural instincts come out. The worse person to go up against is a person that has nothin lose. They don’t give a fuck. Death is probably a better alternative to them. They’ve lost it all and don’t give two shits about takin it from you, especially when you look down on them. Lettin people govern themselves would prolly work great with just 13 colonies and a population of New York City, with no ties to the rest of the world. But this is (was?) a global superpower and needs a government in place to maintain that status. And you can’t maintain that status when you have people lookin like they live in a third world country just with more clothes. And we should ease gun control laws too right? Maybe the next bum will have a Chopper and just mow down the whole sidewalk.
